Life: Thy Name Is Confusion

I have much excitement. I'm going to town on Thurs with Laura, which will be much fun as i haven't been to town in months!! Don't like going very often to be honest. I find it too busy, and there's usually too much aggro so it's just not worth it.

I WILL of course be going to Alma De Cuba for cocktails...i love it there and i love the cocktails.
Not sure where else but somewhere cheap, and then of course the chippie lol. You can't go to town drinking and then NOT go to the chippie on your way home!!

I know it's still just over 6 weeks away but i'm now starting to plan my birthday. Being my 22nd i know i'ts not a 'special' one or anything but i do so like celebrating birthdays heehee.

I know i'll be havin at least 3 nights out/meals, maybe 4 im not sure yet. But for the first one (which is before my birthday i know, but my birthday is a tuesday this year ) I just bought a GORGEOUS new dress...its so pretty... look

I know i won't look as pretty as the model in the picture lol, but i DO think the colour suits me nicely I just need ot buy shoes to match now

FINALLY after years of wanting to go.....I HAZ BOOKED A TRIP TO BERLIN!!! yip-yip-yippee!!!
I did my A-Level German coursework on Berlin & the Reunification a few years back and i found it really interestin, so now i finally get to visit the places i wrote about. It should be fun. I'm going in November so i'm willing to bet it's gonna be cold!! OOOOOOOH im so excited!!!

Now i just need a Berliner to run the hotel past before i book it an im sorted. Lol. I'ts a purty hotel so should be good. Checkpoint Charlie here i come!! lol

Well what can i say really, another rollercoaster week gone down. All in all though i'd say things are definately starting to look up for me now. I've just finished my first full week as PERMANENT staff in my job, I'm a lot more confident and happy than i used to be an i actually feel healthier now too.

On the downside, last Wednesday it was 5 years since my Grandad died. It still upsets me but at least now i can think about the good times without dwelling on the bad ones. I think i might take that poem to the cemetery one day.

Oooh i can't wait, it's only just over 10 weeks till my next holiday!! Yay! i really REALLY need to be somewhere sunny, i feel happier when it's sunny! An it's only just over 7 weeks till my birthday too an i know Andy's gonna spoil me rotten coz i can just tell the way he keeps sayin things heehee....im hopin he takes me to Alma de Cuba for a meal coz i likes it there, i drinks free shots on or leaning over the bar there

I have officially got my job and paperwork has been completed. Yay! I mean granted i've been there 11 months as a temp now and i love it but it's just so nice to have the stability of a permanent job and proper holidays! First day as permanent staff is the 14th which is...oh yeah...TOMORROW!!!

So anyways, Friday nite my Tee 'n' her Daniel came round an the four of us had a LOVERLY chinese takeaway from one of my fave chinese restaurants in Liverpool, and of course muchos vino for us girlies an mucho beer for the boyos yummy yummy. Twas that much fun they didn't go home till after 3am lol.

Besides that i've had a nice lazy weekend consisting of recovery from friday, doing bugger all, and having my cuz round 2day. Oh and coz i had to send my lappy off again coz they never did fix it i had to reinstall EVERYTHING as they had replaced the hard-drive. Nice of them to tell me! I suppose it's a REALLY good job i decided to back everything up to the portable hard-drive just in case anything happened eh! Thank god for forethought.

Welll...where to start! I've never been an overly huge fan, i knew a couple of songs and that was it, or so i thought. Turns out i DID know more than i thought! We got there and found our seats which were fairly good (floor seats bout 3rd of the way back) and my cuz neil who went with his mate Paul went and found their seats, 3 rows from the front!!! There was en empty seat so i went an sat by em for a lil bit(lol) then went to swap with Linz...and once she'd gone me an Erin ran to the front where there was a WHOLE EMPTY ROW!!! Of course we sat there an it was great!! Brilliant atmosphere an it was just...i dunno how to describe it...electric i suppose!!!

Hmm...should be interesting...im going to see Meatloaf tomorrow. Shame i only know a couple of songs but apparently i know more than i think lol.

In other news my poor Ernie is in getting fixed coz he's broked. poor Ernie, still he SHOULD be back in a few days. Apparently when they picked him up they tucked him up in a box n stuff to make sure he's safe.
